Two weekends ago we travelled to visit my family and celebrate my grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary. I'm lucky to have a family that enjoys spending time together. On this trip, my grandma brought bags of family photographs with her. Naturally, we spent hours going through them reminiscing about those no longer with us and sharing sweet memories. My grandma gave this top photo of my great-grandma Eva (with my great-grandpa, Chester) that I'd never seen before. What a treasure.
Even though I never had the chance to meet her, I named my business after Grandma Eva because of all the family stories I'd heard. And because I never want to forget her and her hard-working, hand-crafting ways. It's incredible that one little lady was able to bring so much joy into so many lives. We all have our faults, but I've never heard one sour word about Eva Moon. I hope to be remembered half as well as she is.
